How to use Skyward Family Access
Skyward Family Access is a web-based service that allows families (legal guardians) to view information about their student(s).
In Family Access, families can view:
- Calendar
- Gradebook (Grades from the Canvas gradebook are not official until they are in Skyward.)
- Attendance
- Student Information (ID number/500#####)
- Schedule
- Discipline
- Test Scores
- Skylert "School Messenger"
- Login History
Participation Requirements
- Families (legal guardians) must have at least one student currently enrolled in MSD Pike Township Schools.
- Families (legal guardians) must have an active email address on file at the child’s respective schools.
New Families:
A Skyward Family Access account is required to complete new student enrollment. Please visit the Account Request Page for New Student Enrollment and complete the request form. An email will be sent from skyward@pike.k12.in.us to the email address you provided in step 2 with your Login ID, Password, and a link to access the online enrollment form.
*Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive the email.*
Current Families:
Sign in to your account at Pike Township Schools Skyward Family Access. If you have forgotten your login information, click the Forgot your Login/Password? link under the login boxes. If you still need assistance with your login information, you may call the Navigation Specialist at 317-387-2525, option 1 (students).
Skyward Family Access is available in a mobile App. Check out the Setup Directions to get started!

When using the Google Chrome browser, you can translate any part of Skyward into any of Google's supported languages. Translate an enrollment application or Family Access with just a few clicks.
