E-Learning with No Live Instruction

During an E-Learning day, students will NOT meet with their teachers via Microsoft Teams. Students will have assignments posted in Canvas to complete throughout the day.

Students

Students will use one of the two methods to login to Canvas.
Through Clever:

  1. School Chromebook: Login to your Chromebook using your 500##### (ID number) and your password. Clever will open in a tab in Google Chrome. Click "Login with Google".
  2. School iPad: Tap the Clever app. Click “Login with Google”.
  3. Home Device:Go to www.clever.com/in/msdpike. Click "Login with Google". Make sure to sign in with the student Google account (500#####@students.pike.k12.in.us).

Once in Clever, click on the Canvas icon.

Directly:

  1. Go to pike.instructure.com, enter your 500##### (ID number) and your password.
  2. Students will select their class(es) and find posted assignments either under Modules or Assignments.

*Please note that E-Learning days can become quite busy and you may need to leave a message for the Navigation Specialist to return your call.

Family Directions for Conferences

Find your Virtual Conference Time and Teams Link in ParentSquare

  1. Search for the teacher's name at the top of your ParentSquare feed. 
  2. Click the post title to see all of the text. Find the Teams link at the bottom of the post. Click "Appointment Sign Ups" at the top to view your timeslot.
  3. The star indicates your selected timeslot.
  1. On the left side of your screen, find the list of conference sign-ups. Click "View all".
  2. Click on the teacher's sign-up to find the link and your time.

 Scroll down to see your time.

    1. Search for the teacher's name at the top of your ParentSquare feed. 
    2. Click the post title to see all of the text. Find the Teams link at the bottom of the post. Click "Appointment Sign Ups" at the top to view your timeslot.
    3. The star indicates your selected timeslot.
