How to use ParentSquare

ParentSquare Tutorial
Overview
When registering for ParentSquare, please use the email address that is on file in Skyward.
You cannot register using the app; you must register at www.parentsquare.com/signin.
Initial Sign Up
On the App
Signing up for your Family-Teacher Conference takes 4 quick taps and you're scheduled! Make sure you have downloaded the app and have registered with ParentSquare.
1. Open the ParentSquare app. Tap More in the bottom right corner and then Sign-Ups & RSVPs.
2.Select the Conference Sign-Up form.
3. Tap the timeslot that works for you.
4. In the dropdown, select your student's name, write a note, and tap Save.
5. Your timeslot is confirmed. If you have multiple students or teachers to schedule with, repeat these steps for each teacher's conference sign up form.
A few things to note:
- If you forget your selected times, return to the Sign-Ups & RSVPs tab under More.
- If you will join a virtual conference from a mobile device, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app from your app store.

1. Choose a Sign-Up form from the right side of your feed.
2. Click Sign Up for the time slot that works for you.
3. Select your student's name and then click Submit. Write "virtual" in the Short Note box if you want a virtual conference.
4. If you need to change or cancel your sign-up time, hover your mouse over your name to see and click the trash can to remove your time slot. Then click Sign Up again for the correct time slot.
Note:
- If you have multiple students or teachers to schedule with, repeat these steps for each teacher's conference sign up form.
- If you will join a virtual conference from a mobile device, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app from your app store. No action is needed if you will join from a computer.

Find Your Time & Teams Link
Find your Virtual Conference Time and Teams Link in ParentSquare on the day of conferences.
On the App
1. Search for the teacher's name at the top of your ParentSquare feed.
2. Click the post title to see all of the text. Find the Teams link at the bottom of the post. Click "Appointment Sign Ups" at the top to view your timeslot.
3. The star indicates your selected timeslot.
On the Web
1. On the left side of your screen, find the list of conference sign-ups. Click "View all".
2. Click on the teacher's sign-up to find the link and your time.
Scroll down to see your time.
StudentSquare is a communication tool that allows students to easily send and receive messages with teachers, club sponsors, and coaches at school. Through email, text, or the mobile app, students can stay informed about class projects, extracurricular activities, and other important school news.
